03/ 모집인원

모집단위 내에서 수학능력을 고려하여 입학정원 외로 선발함

※ 충남대학교에서 요구하는 학력수준에 미달한다고 판단되는 경우에는 모집인원에 상관없이 선발하지 않을 수 있음

04/ 지원자 유의사항

내용

원서접수

▪ 지원자는 하나의 모집단위에만 지원하여야 하며 2개 이상 모집단위에 지원한 경우 모든 지원을 무효로 함

▪ 인터넷 접수가 완료된 후에는 접수를 취소할 수 없으며, 지원학과 변경 및 내용 수정 또한 불가능함

▪ 전형기간 중 연락이 가능하도록 전화번호, 주소 등 연락처를 정확히 입력하여야 하며, 입력 사항의 착오, 누락, 오기 등으로 인해 발생하는 불이익은 지원자 책임임

제출서류

▪ 제출서류는 원본으로 제출하여야 하며 원본 재발급이 불가능한 서류의 경우 복사본에 발급기관 등의 원본대조확인(원본대조필) 또는 공증기관(중국의 경우 공증처) 등을 통해 공증 받은 공증본을 제출해야 함

▪ 한국어나 영어로 작성되지 않은 서류는 반드시 공증 받은 한국어 또는 영어 번역본을 제출하여야 함

▪ 제출된 서류는 일체 반환되지 않으며, 제출서류의 기재사항이 허위로 판명되거나, 면접고사 대리응시 등 부정한 방법으로 합격 또는 입학한 사실이 확인될 경우 합격 또는 입학을 취소함

▪ 지원자의 제출서류만으로 사실 확인이 어려울 경우, 필요한 서류를 추가로 요구할 수 있으며, 사실 확인에 필요한 서류가 부족할 경우 결격 처리됨

▪ 입학지원 시 졸업예정자 또는 수료예정자(지원 당시 학교에 재학 중인 경우)는 졸업 또는 수료증명서를 2021. 8. 27.(금)까지 반드시 충남대학교 국제교류본부로 제출하여야 하며, 지정된 기일 내에 제출하지 않을 경우 합격이 취소될 수 있음

▪ 지원자는 전형기간 중 충남대학교 입학정보 홈페이지(http://ipsi.cnu.ac.kr/html/ uadm)에 게시·공고되는 사항을 반드시 확인하여 제반 사항을 준수하여야 하며, 게시·공고사항 미확인으로 발생하는 불이익은 지원자 책임임

※ 전공수학능력평가, 합격자 발표 등 입학전형에 관한 사항을 개별통지하지 않음

▪ 납부한 전형료는 원칙적으로 반환되지 않으나, 본인의 귀책사유가 아닌 불가항력적인 사유*로 전공수학능력평가에 대한 응시가 불가능함을 사전에 신고하여 그 사유가 타당하다고 인정된 경우, 전형료의 일부를 반환받을 수 있음

* 불가항력적인 사유: 천재지변, 수험생의 질병으로 인한 입원 등

※ 단, 지원자가 개인적인 사정으로 전공수학능력평가에 결시한 경우 전형료는 반환하지 않음

▪ 입학고사 성적은 공개하지 않음

▪ 합격자는 학력조회와 관련된 협조를 요청받을 경우 적극 협조해야 하며, 학력조회 미회신자는 합격 및 입학이 취소될 수 있음

▪ 입학시기가 같은 두 개 이상의 대학에 동시에 등록할 경우, 합격 및 입학이 취소됨

▪ 신입생은 입학년도 첫째 학기 중에는 휴학할 수 없음

▪ 본 요강에 명시되지 않은 사항은 충남대학교에서 별도로 정하는 기준에 따라 처리함

▪ 전공 강의는 한국어로 수업이 진행되며 구체적인 사항은 학과에 문의하기 바람

05/ 지원자격 ※ 반드시 각 항을 모두 만족하여야 함

본인 및 부모가 모두 외국 국적을 가진 외국인

※ 부모 중 한 명이라도 한국 국적을 가졌을 경우 지원이 불가함

※ 지원자가 우리나라 고교과정에 상응하는 교육과정을 시작하기 전에 부모와 지원자 모두 외국국적을 취득해야 함

※ 지원자는 반드시 본인 및 부모의 국적증명, 본인과 부모의 관계를 증빙하는 서류를 제출하여야 하며, 부모 이혼·사망의 경우 관련 증빙서류를 제출해야 함(친권 또는 양육권이 표기된 이혼증빙, 사망증빙 등)

학력

신입학

국내·외 고등학교 졸업한 자(2021년 8월 졸업예정자 포함)

편입학

▪ 2학년 편입학: 국내·외 4년제 대학에서 1학년 이상의 교육과정을 수료(2021년 8월 말까지 수료예정자 포함)하였거나, 국내·외 전문대학을 졸업(2021년 8월 말까지 졸업예정자 포함)한 자

▪ 3학년 편입학: 국내·외 4년제 대학에서 2학년 이상의 교육과정을 수료(2021년 8월 말까지 수료예정자 포함)하였거나, 국내·외 전문대학을 졸업(2021년 8월 말까지 졸업예정자 포함)한 자

어학능력

아래 사항 중 어느 하나의 어학성적을 소지한 자

▪ 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 3급 이상 소지자 

▪ 충남대학교 국제언어교육원에서 실시하는 한국어능력인정시험*에 통과한 자

▪ 충남대학교 국제언어교육원에서 주관하는 한국어정규과정 4단계 이상 수료자

국어국문학과: 아래 사항 중 어느 하나의 어학성적을 소지한 자

▪ 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 4급 이상 소지자

※ 영어를 모국어 또는 법적공용어로 사용하는 국가의 국적 소지자 : 영어 관련 어학성적을 제출하지 않아도 지원가능

한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 3급 제출자 또는 충남대학교 국제언어교육원 한국어능력인정시험에 통과한 자 또는 한국어정규과정 4단계 이상 수료자가 입학할 경우에는 졸업 전까지 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 4급 이상 또는 TOEIC 700, TOEFL(CBT 197, iBT 71), New TEPS 326, IELTS 5.5점 이상의 성적을 취득하여야함

※ 국제언어교육원 자체 시행 한국어능력인정시험은 인정하지 않음

지원자가 제출한 서류를 바탕으로 학구적 태도와 소양, 전공수학능력, 전공에 대한 적성 등을 종합적으로 평가하여 선발함

※ 수험표는 원서접수 후 원서접수 홈페이지에서 출력이 가능함

※ 지원자는 면접고사 당시 본인임을 증명할 수 있는 수험표 및 신분증을 반드시 지참하여 감독관 

확인 시 제시하여야 하며, 미소지자의 경우 고사장에 입실할 수 없음

▪ 은행창구 납부: 하나은행, 우리은행, 농협 전국 지점에 방문하여 납부

▪ 가상계좌 납부

▸ 전국 모든 은행(무통장입금, 인터넷뱅킹, 폰뱅킹, CD/ATM 등 이용)에서 등록금 고지서에 명시된 학생 개인별 하나은행, 우리은행, 농협 고유계좌로 입금

▸ 입금시간: 09:00~16:00

▸ 학생 본인 명의로 등록금을 입금하지 않아도 가능함

해외(본국)에서 납부

▪ 충남대학교 계좌번호로 해외 송금

▪ 계좌정보는 해당자에 한하여 개별 안내함

▪ 환율기준은 KRW 1230=USD 1(변동가능)

▪ 양국 은행 수수료(USD 100)는 추가하여 납부해야 함

▪ 해외(본국)에서 입금하여 과납된 차액은 추후 환불함

▪ 국내(한국)에서 납부하는 자에 한하며 해외 송금 불가

▪ 부득이한 경제적 사유로 정상 납부기간에 등록금 전액을 납부할 수 없는 자는 신청 가능

▪ Original documents should be submitted. However, if they are unavailable, photocopies must be authenticated officially by the document- issuing institution or notarized by a public notary office

▪ Documents written in foreign language other than Korean or English must be translated into Korean or English and notarized

▪ Applicants must keep in mind that all of the submitted documents cannot be returned, and admissions will be rescinded if false information or unfair practice for admission is found to have been used at any time

▪ The admissions staff reserves the right to require additional documents from applicants if they need to clarify the eligibility or verify the authenticity of the submitted materials, and if the documents required to verify the facts are insufficient, they will be disqualified.

▪ 校内志愿仅限填写一个招生单位，填写两个以上招生单位时，所有志愿均视为无效。

▪ 网上报名完成后无法取消，不能修改申请专业和申请书的内容。

▪ 在报名期间，请正确填写可以联系的电话号码，地址及手机号码，若因填写事项错误，漏填，误填等而导致的不利后果(取消合格资格等)，其责任归咎与报考人员本人。

▪ 提交的所有材料必须是原件，不能补发原件材料的情况，必须在复印件上取得签发机关的原件代替确认章或提交在相关公证处办理的翻译公证件原件。
